Fresh pico de gallo is the best with guacamole. It’s easy to make whether you chop by hand or use a blender or food processor.
10 minutes to prepare
1 roma tomato
1/4 cup nacho jalapeno slices
1 bunch cilantro, large
Just chop all the ingredients until you get the desired consistency. When I make this in the blender, I add the jalapenos first, then the cilantro and the tomato last. That way the tomato doesn’t get too chopped up.
