This is another old time recipe that was easy to make vegan. My mother in law says, you have to experiment a little bit with this and add more soy milk if it’s too thick and more powdered sugar if it’s too thin. Ingredient amounts are approximate but should get you there.

5 minutes to prepare
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup vegan margarine
2 tsps vanilla extract
2 tablespoons soy milk
Directions
This one is easy! Just add all the ingredients to the bowl and MIX!
Add food coloring if desired and stir it up!
Keep stirring, adding more food coloring until it’s where you want it to be….
