We would like to make that as easy as possible for you.  We created our 30 day vegan meal plan and realized that it would be nice to give you a free download of 3 days as a sample.  You can see the format we use and everything that is included.

  • Each recipe with ingredients and instructions
  • A complete shopping list that is ready to be printed and taken to the store
