Our goal at Vegan Meal Planing is to try and make it as easy possible to transition to eating a more plant based diet. One thing that can help is to have ingredients on hand to make all kinds of tasty vegan/plant based dishes.
We’ve compiled this Master Shopping List to help you. This list will help you stock your pantry, fridge and freezer.
We’ve included staples, spices, grains, legumes, seeds, pasta, cereal, beans and canned goods that have a long shelf life. Stock up on these items. Buy them in bulk at one of the warehouse stores and know that there are many options for quick and easy meals.
We’ve also included fridge staples, breads, vegetables, fruits, miscellaneous and extras. Don’t feel like you immediately have to go out and buy everything on this list but consider adding a few new items each week. Many of these things may already be in your pantry. Consider going to an international market or an Asian market where you can find spices, sauces, tahini, curry sauce and miso at a much cheaper price.
