We have smoothies for breakfast most days. One thing about smoothies that is so great is you can add whatever fruits and vegetables you have on hand and it tastes great!
10 minutes to prepare
1 cup coconut water
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries/peaches, large
2 bunches spinach, large
1 peach, sliced
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon maca powder, (optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Add all ingredients, except chia seeds to blender and process until smooth. Top with chia seeds right before you drink it. You don’t want to let the chia seeds sit for very long because they start to turn your smoothie to gel. Eat them off the top fairly quickly!
