Fresh Green Salsa

Serves 20
10 minutes to prepare
1 can tomatillo, large drained
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 lime, for juice and zest
3 green onions, including tops
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 red bell pepper, large chopped and seeded
2 tablespoons sugar, (optional)
Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend well. Store in the refrigerator. Great with tortilla chips and all your mexican favorites.
