Green Salsa

We’ve been making our homemade salsa for several years now and we also have a fresh green salsa with more ingredients but today I pretty much had our lunch all made when I realized we didn’t have any salsa so I wanted to whip something up quickly. This green salsa has 3 simple ingredients and it’s ready in minutes!
Serves 8
10 minutes to prepare
1 can tomatillo, drained, 28 oz can
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup nacho jalapeno slices
Simply place your drained tomatillos, juice from one lime and jalapenos in a blender or food processor and process to desired consistency. It doesn’t get an easier than that.
