Soy Yogurt and Granola Parfait

Need an easy breakfast? One the kids might even eat WITH you? Layering soy vanilla yogurt and vegan granola in a pretty glass makes this super quick breakfast as good-looking as it is to eat.

12 ounces non-dairy yogurt, divided
1 cup vegan granola, check to be sure it's vegan
Layer yogurt and granola into a glass. Easy, right?
