Salsa

You will never buy bottled salsa again once you try this. We used to love Religious Experience salsa and one day… we got to thinking… bet we could make some salsa. We experimented and this is what we came up with. We love it. We actually thought about trying to figure out how to manufacture and distribute it…
Serves 30
10 minutes to prepare
Ingredients
1 cup cilantro, loose
1 can Hunts diced sweet onion tomatoes
1 can Hunts diced roasted garlic tomat
1 can Rotel (original), drained
1 cup roasted green chilies, canned or fresh
1/2 cup nacho jalapeno slices
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender. (For best results place cilantro first against the blades.) Blend to desired consistency and you’re done!
